Merge to FL 836
[edit]This article needs to go. FL 836 is the more notable road, and in a similar case to I-587, it seems the designation was superimposed to FL 836 just to make an interstate. The FL 836 article can easily sustain this.Mitch32(Can someone turn on the damn air conditioning?) 03:59, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Support - I-395 can easily be mentioned as a subset of FL 836 in that article. Dough4872 04:08, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Support - based on a personal visit in June 2011, I-395 is poorly signed in the area but FL 836 is very well signed (even east of I-95). The locals openly refer it as 836. Kimmy78 (talk) 04:30, 21 June 2011 (UTC)

Don't Merge
[edit]No.Merging isn't a good idea.I Heard they are expanding I-395 into a tunnel, and the two routes will split. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.124.224.179 (talk) 18:55, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
I say merge. We're not sure that I-395 and SR 836 will be split as of now, since the Port of Miami Tunnel won't be open for two more years. Plus, I-395 (as of today) ends west of where the tunnel is going. Assuming that I-395 will be extended, the two roads will likely stay together, as SR 836 is the unsigned road for I-395. Since I-395 is essentially SR 836 with interstate signings, the two highways should be merged into the SR 836 article. And if the two routes are split due to the tunnel, we can always split the article back when the time comes.74.173.105.47 (talk) 20:50, 6 June 2012 (UTC)
OK.I think I'm changing my mind. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.124.224.179 (talk) 02:32, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
